Returns & refunds

Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — we pick it up or pay the return shipping.

Unused items in their original packing can be returned within 7 days; for a change of mind, you send it back (or drop it at the shop) at your own cost. Refunds go back the way you paid (UPI) or in cash for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 working days of the return reaching us.

Toys and items opened or used cannot be returned unless they're faulty.

Warranty: items covered by a manufacturer's warranty are repaired or replaced as per that warranty (see the box or bill); faulty items found within 7 days are replaced by us directly. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
