Your data & privacy

What we keep

• Your shop name, mobile number, city and address, and GSTIN if you have one.
• Your orders, invoices, payments and balance (khata).
• The special rates agreed with you.
• Anything you type or say when ordering (for example a note on an order, or a list you speak).
• Basic security records: when a one-time code was sent to your number and when your link was used.
• If you order from the online shop: your name, mobile number, delivery address and how you chose to pay (cash on delivery or UPI).

Why

• To show you your rates, take and deliver your orders, and send GST invoices.
• To keep your khata and remind you of dues.
• To keep your account safe (one-time codes, blocking misuse).
• Because GST law requires invoices and accounts to be kept.

Who sees it

HRP Creations and its staff. ShubhOrder stores it for HRP Creations and does not sell it or use it for advertising. One-time codes are sent through an SMS company; order text may be read by an AI service to understand your list — only to fill your order.

How long

• Invoices, credit notes and the khata: as long as GST law requires — about 7 years after the end of the financial year they belong to.
• Everything else: while you buy from us. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
• One-time code records: 7 days.

What you can ask for

• A copy of everything we hold about you.
• Corrections — a wrong name, number, address or GSTIN.
• Deletion of your personal data. Invoices already issued stay, because the law requires it.
• To name someone to act for you if you can't.

How to ask

Contact HRP Creations. We reply as soon as we can, and within 90 days at the latest.

If you're not satisfied with the reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
